Patient Portal allows patients to communicate online with their primary care provider as well as other specialists within the North Mississippi Heath Services. 

You must present to your clinic to get a pin number to register for the portal.

Communicating with your provider using Patient Portal is private and secure.

     * Request my test results
     * Request an appointment
     * Request medication refill
     * Update my personal information
